Annual Vestry will be Sunday, February 28th and will be by Zoom.  After the Sunday service we would ask you to have some lunch and then join us on Zoom with the same Sunday connection at 1 p.m.
As per our Diocesan Canons the rules for those who are eligible to vote at this meeting must meet the following criteria: The Vestry of a Parish shall consist of all baptized persons of the age of fifteen or over who are regular worshippers with the Parish and whose names have been on the Membership Roll of the Parish for at least the three months preceding the Vestry Meeting but not on any other Parish in the Diocese at the same time.  Only those members of the Vestry who have, within the preceding twelve months, provided an identifiable commitment of time, talents, or financial resources to the Parish or have been in receipt of the ministrations of the Parish because of illness or other incapacity shall have the right to vote at any Vestry Meeting.   In other words, being on our Parish Rolls is not enough, they must also meet the commitments set out in the canons before being allowed to make motions, speak to a motion, and vote on motions.
